By using Fledge you agree to the terms below. This is an early-access working version — the final text will arrive by public launch.
1. What Fledge is
Fledge is an online service that helps grow your X (Twitter) account: a day-by-day warmup plan, daily topics, post and comment generation, and a posting calendar. By using it you agree to these terms.
2. Account and access
You need an account to use Fledge. You're responsible for keeping your login safe and for everything that happens under your account. Free is free; paid plans (Pro, Pro+) are billed monthly and can be cancelled anytime in one click.
3. Acceptable use
Don't use Fledge for spam, deception, harmful content, or anything that breaks X's rules or the law. We may restrict access for violations.
4. Content and X accounts
Fledge produces drafts and suggestions — the final decision on what to post is always yours. You're responsible for your X accounts and following their rules. We don't guarantee specific results (reach, followers).
5. Payment and refunds
Subscriptions are charged at the start of each period. On cancellation, Pro features stay available until the paid period ends. Refunds are handled case by case — just reach out.
6. Changes
We may update the terms and the service itself. We'll announce material changes in advance. This is an early-access working version — the final text arrives by public launch.
